People looked for value! Price was important but service was even more. I was able to directly hear what people want out of places they do business. No matter what type of business or what service I came to realize people want, and are looking for simple, easy to understand, good customer service, as well as affordability. As industries change to cut expenses by reducing labor and replacing which machines we lose a special interaction we once had. Being a young Entrepreneur I try to take technology & not forget to continue to give good old fashion service by listening to my customers needs. I strive at providing the community the best service, and equipment. Rocket Cleaners is an ever-growing family business, much like the Galvan family who operates it. Ralph Galvan, patriarch of the Rocket Cleaners family business operation, started working in the dry cleaning and laundry industry at the age of 16. Eventually he bought Rocket Cleaners in Lynwood, and added a second store in Gardena.
