Ali and Marc Neal purchased their first two Positive Spin locations in September of 2012. Both Ali and Marc have spent at least the last decade, (Ali 10 years, and Marc 20 years) working in the public sector. Both have a strong belief in customer service, as well as, how to cultivate a positive working environment for their employees.
