What Makes Creative Solutions Pest Defense Unique For over two decades, James (aka Jim) And Edwin built a respected local pest and termite company that many families relied on. Serving our community was one of the greatest honors of our careers. When the pandemic hit in 2019 and 2020, the industry faced challenges none of us expected. Staffing shortages and operational strain made it impossible to maintain the level of quality and personal care we believed in, so we made the difficult decision to step away. Leaving something we built with pride was incredibly hard. What made that company special was the people behind it, and when that changed, the service changed. That never sat right with us. Today, we are proud to say we are back. Creative Solutions Pest Defense is our new, modern, and stronger company built on everything we have learned over the past 23 plus years. We bring over 60 years of combined experience, updated training, and todays best industry practices to deliver the service homeowners deserve. Why Homeowners Choose Us Family Owned and Owner Operated You work directly with the owners known for honesty, reliability, and genuine care. Decades of Expertise We have handled every type of pest and termite challenge. Modern, Science Based Pest Defense We use todays most effective, targeted, and environmentally responsible methods.
