Carls flooring specializes in great floor prep, they sand their subfloors (concrete or wood) to remove paint, dirt, drywall mud or other contaminates that will cause a floor to fail due to adhesion failure, then they vacuum the floor to get it dust free. When you get bids ask any other contractor how they prep the floor before they install your expensive flooring, without asking about sanding and you will hear 99% of the time, " Miss we scrape the floor and sweep before we start to install" this method will leave most of what Carls Flooring sands off on the floor and you can expect a floor failure soon. Carls Flooring Service also uses the Wedi Shower System instead of the old toxic hot mop system from the past, this new state of the art system is waterproof and fast to install, your shower will look great for years to come. Carls Flooring Service installs epoxy floor coatings both garage and commercial, using only water free solids epoxy for a great lasting floor.
