On Broadway- Pet Styling is owned and operated by a Registered Veterinary Technician, who also happens to groom. Our first priority is always safety. Anyone who works at On Broadway is trained in basic animal CPR and is trained to recognize the signs of excessive stress in animals. If at any point your pet is experiencing these signs the groom will be STOPPED. We aren't willing to risk your pets health and safety to make a few bucks. On Broadway also has a working relationship with a Veterinarian who is less than a 1/4 mi away, so if your pet is ever in need help is very close by. We strive to make the grooming experience a positive one. There are not a bunch of "shop pets" running around, the tables are a good distance apart, and pets are always kept out of contact with each other. This is so pets will not feel threatened or get over stimulated. Keeping pets calm reduces the chances of accidents and makes for a more positive grooming experience. All pets must be current on vaccines. For dogs this means Rabies, Bordetella, and Distemper/Parvo combo. For cats and ferrets this means Distemper combo and Rabies. We require this to minimize the risk of your pet becoming ill as a result of being groomed, and is an all around good idea for all pets.
