My name is Britney Mack, and I am the owner/groomer here at Fetching Friends. I have been a professional dog groomer since 2017, I am AKC S.A.F.E. certified, and CPR & First Aid certified. I care deeply about the health & well being of your pets! My goal is to provide every dog I groom with the style their owners prefer, while taking into consideration the condition of their coat, and not causing any stress or anxiety on their pet. Being sole owner I offer a luxury 1-on-1 grooming experience, so each dog I groom will have a personalized service, tailored to their needs, one dog at a time! Your pets come first. With my experience, continued education, dedication, and passion, my main concern is the health and safety of your pets. It is my highest priority.

PetSmart
Yopp Road is where Jacksonville pets get groomed and trained by the same team. Our academy-trained Pet Stylists bring over 800 hours of hands-on experience to baths, full grooms, and haircuts for any breed, with specially formulated shampoos and conditioners that soothe and improve skin and coat. De-shedding treatments bring matted coats back into shape while cutting down on flying fur, and walk-ins near US-258 cover nail grind, teeth brushing, and ear cleaning. In the training area, our Accredited Trainers use positive reinforcement with puppies and adult dogs, running group classes where cues get tested among other dogs and private classes built around one dog at a time. Savings packages help you keep the classes coming. Through PetSmart Charities, our adoption center gives cats and kittens a place to wait for their people. Every pet in the house, dogs and cats through fish, birds, reptiles and small pets, finds what it needs here. Place the order online and take it curbside without going in. Trust grows here the slow way, one appointment and one class at a time.
