Hi! My name is Mackenzie Kimes! I’m 25 and have been a dog bather/ dog groomer the last almost 5 years. I’ve also worked in a few pet boarding places! I’d love to meet you and fur babies!
Not currently accepting new clients. I groom dogs one on one in my own home! No need to get out of your car as I will pick up and drop off outside. You may come inside to check out my grooming area if you want! I am certified by the Cleveland Grooming Academy and frequently take classes to further my education to better take care of your pups!
We have been in business 35 years and put our customers first
We are a luxury dog spa where every dog is treated like royalty. Our spa was thoughtfully designed to help dogs relax, reset and feel their best. Our focus is on spa quality bathing experiences that nourish the skin, soften the coat and calm the mind. We are perfect for dogs that dont normally get groomed, dogs that need a calm/quiet environment and for pet parents that are looking to truly spoil their fur babies! We also offer full grooming on select days allowing us to dedicate the majority of our time doing what we do best & love, pampering and loving pups with indulgent spa treatments and one on one loving care. We do have Saturdays hours available by appointment only from 10am-4pm.
We offer dog and cat grooming. Any size and any breed. Hours are by appointment only.
At The Ritzy Dog, we believe every dog deserves personalized attention in a calm, boutique environment. Unlike high-volume grooming salons, we focus on quality over quantity, taking the time to understand each dog's individual needs, coat type, and personality. Our spa-inspired approach includes premium products, gentle handling techniques, and customized grooming services tailored to your pet. From luxury baths and breed-specific grooming to specialty spa treatments, paw care, and birthday experiences, every visit is designed to leave your dog looking and feeling their best. We've carefully created a warm, inviting atmosphere with thoughtful details that help both pets and their owners feel comfortable from the moment they walk through our doors. Our goal is to build lasting relationships based on trust, consistency, and exceptional care. Whether your dog is visiting for a routine groom, a relaxing spa day, or a special celebration, you'll experience the difference that comes from a boutique salon dedicated to providing a higher level of service.
