Around Parker Road, you'll find our Plano salon ready with baths, full grooms, and haircuts backed by over 800 hours of hands-on Pet Stylist experience. Specially formulated shampoos and conditioners soothe and improve skin and coat, a de-shedding treatment reins in flying fur and matted coats, and walk-in services handle nail grind, teeth brushing, and ear cleaning between full appointments. When your calendar takes you out of town, PetsHotel offers overnight boarding with safety-certified Pet Hosts, Standard Guest Rooms where dogs can bunk with buddies, and Kitty Cottages for cats, while Doggie Day Camp near K Avenue turns your workday into their play day. Our Accredited Trainers teach puppy and adult dog classes through positive reinforcement, with group classes for practicing cues amid distractions, private classes for one-on-one focus, and savings packages for stringing classes together. While you are already here, the store makes it simple to pick up whatever your pet needs too. Our in-store adoption center, run with PetSmart Charities, is where cats and kittens meet the people who take them home. Online orders are ready for curbside pickup, so you can stay in the car. Trust is built here one appointment at a time.

We are the only locally owned & operated Pet wellness store in our area. We help customers from all over the DFW metroplex with their pet's nutritional, health, and grooming needs. All of our employees are educated to understand and teach customers the four areas of pet wellness (food, hygiene, exercise, and social / mental stimulus). Many Pet stores try to claim that they focus on your pets wellness but yet they sell and promote products loaded with ingredients known to not be in the best interest interest of your pet. We strive to carry only natural, holistic products and services to benefit your pet. Natural foods by definition are anything that is consumed or ingested that does not contain added color, artificial flavors, or synthetic substances.
