Long Prairie Road anchors our Flower Mound store, where PetsHotel gives dogs and cats a safe, comfortable place for the day or the night. Doggie Day Camp fills the hours with supervised play from safety-certified Day Camp Counselors, overnight guests settle into Standard Guest Rooms with the option to bunk with buddies, and cats keep their own space in Private Suites or Kitty Cottages. Our Accredited Trainers serve the Highlands Ranch area with puppy and adult dog training classes on positive reinforcement, offering group classes, private classes, and special savings packages for combining sessions. Academy-trained Pet Stylists in the salon bring over 800 hours of hands-on experience to baths, full grooms, and haircuts, with de-shedding treatments that reduce flying fur. Our in-store adoption center, run with PetSmart Charities, is where cats and kittens meet the people who take them home. Since you're already here dropping off for boarding or a groom, the food and gear on your list get picked up the same visit. Place the order online and take it curbside without going in, and for pet boarding off Village Parkway or a walk-in nail grind, we're ready year-round, with Seasonal Specials keeping every pet set for the season.
