Detail Dog
We try to focus on grooming with patience, compassion, completeness, and attention to detail. While we service normal "everyday" dogs, we also have vast experience with "Special Needs" dogs (Physical and Emotional). This includes dogs with age- related ailments including Arthritis, Dysplasia, Degenerative Myopathy, recent surgeries, blindness, missing limbs, mobility issues, torn ligaments and we have also worked extensively with dogs who have Anxiety, fear, nervousness, past trauma, etc.. We also are uniquely equipped to groom Large dogs and Oversized dogs such as Great Danes, Great Pyrenees, German Shepherds, Armenian Gompers, Cane Corso, etc.. One of our vans is also large enough to fit 2 (two) large dogs at the SAME TIME (For those siblings who like to be together). Detail Dog arrives at your doorstep with a mobile Salon that is fully equipped with a warm water, hand blow dryer, and a safe cage-free environment to make your dog feel relaxed and comfortable. Our mobile salon has LARGE platforms where dogs can lay down and relax during the session. This is especially useful for large dogs who may wish to lay down, or Senior dogs with age related ailments who better off laying down during the grooming. Our environment is cage-free, and we utilize various techniques to make your dog feel relaxed during the grooming session including Massage, positive reinforcement, establshing a bond, etc..
