I take a holistic approach to grooming focusing on building trust with your pet, and ensuring their comfort throughout the grooming experience. Instead of forcing your pet to tolerate the grooming process, I adapt to your pet’s needs and help them through each step. If you know your pet gets stressed during any part of the grooming process, just let me know. I want your dog to be both relaxed and beautiful. I’ll take the time to build trust with your pet. My name is Amanda but most people call me Max. For as long as I can remember, I have loved working with animals. My long-term dream is to open my own dog rehabilitation sanctuary – a place for those who have been rescued but not yet adopted. I started Creature Comforts in 2015 and I continue to share my love of animals with my clients. I look forward to hearing from you!
PetSmart
Madison pets can be groomed and trained under the same roof at our store at Hillpoint Park. Our academy-trained Pet Stylists put over 800 hours of hands-on experience into every bath, full groom, and breed-specific haircut. Specially formulated shampoos and conditioners soothe and improve skin and coat, and a de-shedding treatment tames flying fur and matted coats alike. Walk-in services off Mineral Point Rd cover nail grind, teeth brushing, and ear cleaning when time is short. Accredited Trainers use positive reinforcement in puppy and adult dog training classes, building skills through a structured approach. Group classes help your dog stay responsive with other dogs around, private classes give a one-on-one option, and special savings packages tie multiple classes together. Adoptable pets live here with us, waiting for someone to choose them, through our PetSmart Charities adoption center. Bringing home a new pet means bowls, bedding, food and toys, which the store keeps ready. Order online and pick it up curbside, without leaving the car. One stop covers the whole household's care, from the dog just starting training to the newest pet joining the family.
