Our pet sitting services are done in your home. We have found that this reduces the stress on your pet(s) while you are away. Customer Database We utilize DoTimely, an all-inclusive database, for all of our scheduling and billing. Each client receives their own login and password to their personal page on the site. You can book or cancel an appointment, update your pet's file with vet information, feeding instructions, etc, as well as view and pay invoices. DoTimely also provides notifications from your dog walker or pet sitter when they arrive and depart an appointment, as well as notes and pictures from the visit.

Ciao Bow Wow is a boutique daycare especially for smaller pups (though we make exceptions on occasion). This is our second location (the first in in FiDi). We have a dedicated, loving and trained staff and a hands-on owner who knows every pup and every parent. We have a large, sunlit, eco-friendly space, with plenty of room to run and play, and couches, cushions and window seats to lounge on. We're both a second home for your pup, and an indoor park, with an outdoor terrace for bird watching and sun bathing. We care for and pamper your dog just like you do. We even sleep with you dogs when they overnight with us:) Our grooming spa is for all size pups, and features all natural and organic bath products, the quietest dryers available, and a separate lounge to hang out in. We never put your dog in a cage while they wait to be groomed or picked up. Sofas are so much nicer! Our pet boutique features a small selection of hand-picked natural and earth-friendly products.
