We are the largest, oldest (Since 1966) and cleanest pet grooming in El Paso (voted best pet grooming/daycare in El Paso) so there is a reason why people say we are the Best. Usually unhappy customers don't know our policies and then there is a big misunderstanding and we get a bad review. Some fair (we try to be perfect but nobody is) but some very unfair. Read the replies on all the reviews before you make your judgement and please understand we do this because we love doing it and we are neither bad, nor perfect people. However we are very professional about what we do. Before you come in to Julian's here's a few tips that will help you specially if you are coming for the first time: -Average price: small dogs is $30, $35 for medium and $45+ large dogs. -Make an appointment -If you come in on a Thursday Saturday or around Holidays, expect delays -We require current shot records (rabies) -If your dog has matted hair we might charge extra -If your dog has an existing condition you need to sign a release permitting us to groom your dog knowing the risk involved -Be very clear on the grooming instructions. -Leave more than one number at the reception for contact purposes Anything you are not happy about the grooming service let the groomer know, they'll fix it right on the spot. If still not happy you can switch groomers next time you come in. Other complaints let me or my manager know. We'll try to fix it for you right away. Sincerely Cesar Julian's Owner
