At Sploot Pet Concierge, we provide enrichment-focused, Fear Free Certified pet care for dogs, cats, and small animals throughout Madison, Fitchburg, and surrounding Dane County communities. Our care goes beyond basic pet sitting or dog walking. Every visit is intentionally designed to support your pet’s emotional wellbeing, confidence, and happiness — not just their physical needs. Enrichment is built into every visit, from sniff-focused walks and puzzle play to positive reinforcement training and calm companionship. Our team is Fear Free Certified, trained to recognize stress signals and use science-based, positive techniques that reduce fear and anxiety. We never use punishment or force, making our care ideal for shy pets, seniors, puppies, rescues, cats, and animals with medical or behavioral needs. Sploot is fully insured and bonded, with background-checked, professionally trained team members. We use the Time To Pet app so you receive detailed visit notes and photos, giving you peace of mind while you’re away. Our team-based model provides reliable care, flexibility, and backup support, your pet’s care doesn’t fall through the cracks. We offer dog walking and enrichment walks, vacation pet sitting, cat sitting, positive reinforcement training, pet taxi services, and thoughtful care for critters and exotic pets. If you’re looking for professional, enrichment-focused, Fear Free pet care, we’d love to meet you.
