I am an Austin, TX photographer specializing in photography that empowers women. My passion lies in making women feel amazing through photos. I first fell in love with Birth photography in 2012, not only was I able to capture a mother's most special day but I provided beautiful images to mothers for them to look back on and cherish the memories from the birth of their child. I was inspired even more to pursue birth photography when I hired my own birth photographer for my second son - the feeling I got as a client looking through these gorgeous photos was something I will never forget. That feeling is what I want to offer mothers-to be. Soon after I started doing birth photography, I also started doing boudoir photography. These two types of photography seem so very different, and yet I see them as similar - both types of photos empower women. It was in the fall of 2014 when I realized I wanted to include boudoir in my specialties - I took photos for a mother who was still adjusting to her postpartum body. Through my photos, I helped remind her just how beautiful and sexy she really is! Breastfeeding photography is something I will do to the end of my days, it really is my calling. I love to capture the intimate moments between a mother and her nursing child. I have nursed both of my sons and it is one of the most difficult and most powerful things I have done as a mother.

Art of You Portraits creates boudoir experiences for women who want photographs that actually feel like them. Some clients come in to celebrate a milestone. Some are creating a gift. Others are rebuilding confidence, marking a major life change, or simply doing something they have wanted to do for years. We do not start with the camera. We start by getting to know you, talking through what you want from the experience, planning wardrobe, and making sure you know exactly what to expect. The camera only comes out after that foundation is in place. You do not need to know how to pose, what to wear, or how to look comfortable in front of a camera. We guide you through all of it and shape the session around you rather than forcing you into a formula. Sessions may take place in our private Round Rock studio or at a carefully selected hotel or location, depending on the experience. Your images are private by default and are never shared without your permission.
