We prefer to work through an attorney because attorneys often provide the best guidance about what evidence will help in court. We select each case and client on a case-by-case basis. We usually can't take cases in boyfriend/girlfriend matters or if there have even been restraining orders in a relationship. Our database terms dictate that we can only use databases for locating people in certain situations. We do not find old flames or former friends or classmates. Our team of surveillance operatives is experienced and gets the job done. We handle divorce and domestic, family law situations and insurance defense investigations. Surveillance in the Bay Area presents unique challenges but we often get results. We have great knowledge of public records laws and local courthouses. An advantage of being in business for so long is knowing where to look for information.
