Since 1990, OPAS has been helping customers worldwide save money with their online purchases and receive packages from American-based retailers. We pride ourselves on premium customer service and fast shipping. With our Package & Mail Forwarding service, you are able to shop online in the USA and save huge on international shipping rates. Each membership plan includes an Oregon mailing address which allows for even more savings (on average up to 9%) since the state of Oregon is free of sales tax.
