Animal Urgent Care was created because we believe pets need urgent care too! We are designed to be used much the same way a person would use urgent care. We see problems that perhaps you can't get in to see your regular vet soon enough, your vet isn't open when you need your pet seen or you may simply not have a primary care veterinarian. We are designed to be efficient in hopes that pets can be seen in less time than at the busy 24 hour emergency and specialty hospitals. We have a full laboratory, x-ray and minor ultrasound onsite. We are a feline only Veterinary Hospital. Our extensive knowledge of cats is very important when treating them because cats are very different from dogs. Cats can suffer from kidney disease, hyperthyroidism, and dental disease among other things. It is very important to have your cat examined as well as have their blood work checked periodically to ensure they are as healthy as possible. We are also equipped to provide dental cleanings on site. At 3 years old your cat is ready to have their first dental cleaning but in some cases a cleaning may be needed earlier.
