Prairie Winds Veterinary Center, "Your Other Family Doctor," is a full-service, small animal and equine veterinary hospital providing comprehensive medical, surgical and dental care. We provide a broad spectrum of diagnostic procedures through in-house testing and the use of external laboratories. We also work closely with local practices when special diagnostic procedures are required. The facility includes a pharmacy, in-hospital surgery suite, in-house x-ray capabilities, a closely supervised hospitalization and recovery area. We were the first veterinary hospital in North Dakota to be accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association ( AAHA ). Currently there are only 5 veterinary hospitals in North Dakota with this accreditation. AAHA is a voluntary organization committed to maintaining the highest standards of veterinary medical care.
