Premium Upgrades was created to fill the niche need that property management companies have renovating aging units without breaking the bank. Typically, properties are left with two choices; hire individual sub-contractors to address specific trades such as electricians, plumbers, cabinet installers, etc., or to hire a General Contractor. The first choice was quickly found to be way too expensive. The second choice found that because the GC doesn't have an adequate staff to cover the workload, the GC in turn had to hire subs and this choice actually added an additional layer of expense. Premium Upgrades solves this problem. All of our installers are employees, not sub-contractors. They are specifically trained to handle the specific parts of the trades that you need to complete your upgraded units without rocking the boat on the parts you already use on your regular turns like painting, flooring and cleanup. The result is a newly renovated unit at a price that allows your additional rental premium to meet or exceed the ROIC goals you are working for.
