Overview of MSI McElroy Specialty Interiors, or MSI, is a regional specialty subcontractor based in Marietta, Ga. We provide metal framing, engineering, drywall, acoustical ceiling and other specialty subcontracting services. Although we primarily work in metropolitan Atlanta, many of our projects are located throughout Georgia and the Southeast. Our clients are typically large general contractors who hire the best subcontractor teams to help build their complicated projects ' contractors who value and maintain long-term relationships with MSI. Our project list is impressive, yet it is perhaps our corporate culture that most differentiates MSI from the competition. The company was founded in 1994 by Michael E. McElroy. Mike learned about the commercial drywall and acoustical subcontracting business working with is father, Edgar P. McElroy. Ed was a pioneer within our industry and a mentor to many trade professionals. In 1995, Mike asked long-time business associate Randy Hardy to join him at MSI as partner and president. Marty Shonkwiler and Eric Brasington were elected vice presidents of the company shortly thereafter. Randy, Marty and Eric also served Ed McElroy's organizations for many years, thus its leaders have maintained the successful culture Ed established. MSI has built virtually every type and size of commercial project. As we've grown, we have maintained our core values and a spirit of fairness in our every business interaction. That's why our client, employee, vendor, subcontractor and financial partner relationships grow stronger every year. We are committed to our industry, our customers and our company. And we strive to work around people who are equally committed to our shared goals and values. If you haven't already had an opportunity to work with MSI, we look forward to serving you. If you're a current customer, we look forward to a long and successful partnership.
