Arkansas Connections Academy is a tuition-free online public school serving all areas across Arkansas. We offer high-quality education to elementary, middle, and high school students, grades K-12, with an engaging accredited curriculum. Our flexible online public-school program is an alternative to online homeschool, and private school, that ensures each student maximizes his or her potential. Across Arkansas, we serve all locations, from Bentonville to Lowell and Marion to Rogers, and beyond. Arkansas Connections Academy is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges & Schools Council on Accreditation and School Improvement (SACS CASI), an accrediting division of Cognia, formerly AdvancED.
The Literacy Council of Benton County is a non-profit organization that specializes in training Volunteer Tutors to teach adults to read and write English. We offer Adult Basic Literacy and English as a Second Language, as well as assistance obtaining a GED or Citizenship. Literacy changes everything.
Established in 2004, Mary Mae Jones Elementary provides a range of learning opportunities to students in kindergarten through grade four. It conducts classes in various subjects and offers special education to students with learning disabilities. The school organizes a variety of activity classes in art and music. It maintains a library that stocks books on various topics, reference materials and newsletters. The school staffs a media specialist, librarian aide, physical educator, and music and subject teachers. Mary Mae Jones Elementary also maintains a computer laboratory and provides classes on computer applications. Additionally, the school has a cafeteria and is located in Bentonville, Ariz.
