Every day, students around the world attend Mathnasium learning centers to boost their math skills. We are highly specialized; we teach only math. Members usually attend two or three times a week for about an hour. Our goal is to significantly increase your child's math skills, understanding of math concepts, and overall school performance, while building confidence and forging a positive attitude toward the subject. Synergy Dyslexia Center is the East Valley's (Chandler/Gilbert area) blue chip learning disability clinic. With expertise in diagnosing and treating dyslexia, our center is highly respected as an authority for diagnosing and treating reading and writing disorders. Synergy Dyslexia Center is best known for highly effective interventions to treat dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, and ADHD/executive function deficit (EFD), disabilities in the 2e population, and language-based learning disabilities. We treat students of all ability levels. Our depth of various evidence-based intervention programs we offer (Orton-Gillingham, Lindamood-Bell, Logic of English, and others) allows us to carefully prescribe a specific method that is compatible with the unique needs of each child.

Mathnasium
Students engage, one on one, in a unique combination of mental, verbal, visual, tactile, and written exercises that cover and surpass state math standards as well as the recommendations of the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics and the new Common Core State Standards. Basic math skills are blended with a program specifically designed to help students build number sense by showing them how numbers work. Each student is evaluated with a written and verbal assessment unique to Mathnasium. Based on their assessment results, we assemble a tailored program just for them designed to close any educational gaps that they may have and jump ahead when they are ready for advanced math challenges. Mental math is emphasized. We also help students with their regular school homework as part of the session, and prepare them for school tests and standardized tests such as the ISEE and middle school entrance exams.
