I’m Ayja, founder of Graymoore Consulting. I launched this business with a passion for supporting others and a deep commitment to children and early education. I believe that early education is the foundation of a child’s life, and I’m dedicated to helping child care centers thrive, bringing quality early education programs to communities across the United States. With over a decade of experience in the child care industry, I’ve successfully guided a franchise from 6 locations to 138 locations in just 12 years. My expertise includes marketing child care centers, opening new locations, scouting properties for expansion, franchising, and more. I’d love to help make your center a success—however you define it.
