About Washington Trails Association Welcome to Washington Trails Association ( WTA ), the voice for hikers in Washington state. We believe hiking trails are our link to wilderness. We protect hiking trails and wild lands, take volunteers out to maintain trails, and promote hiking as a healthy, fun way to explore the outdoors. Mission: Washington Trails Association's mission is to preserve, enhance, and promote hiking opportunities in Washington state through collaboration, education, advocacy and volunteer trail maintenance. Washington State Bar Association is a private, nonprofit organization authorized by the Washington State Supreme Court to license the state's lawyers. It administers the admissions, licensing, and disciplinary functions for lawyers in Washington, and provides various services to its members. The bar association regulates lawyers under the authority of the court and serves its members as a professional association. It is a regulatory agency that administers the bar admission process and offers services, including conducting the bar exam, record keeping and licensing and administering the disciplinary system. The bar association provides continuing legal education for attorneys in addition to various other educational and member service activities. Washington State Bar Association is located in Seattle.
