Chino Valley High School, also known as CVHS, serves students in grades 9 through 12. The school conducts sessions in English, math, science, physical education and fine arts. It also offers special education programs to students with learning difficulties and has a parent-teacher association. Chino Valley High School operates a library and provides guidance counseling services. The school offers several sports activities, such as soccer, cross-country, volleyball and basketball. It additionally provides various extracurricular activities, including band and choir. Chino Valley High School offers membership options in the Future Farmers of America and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. The school is governed by Chino Valley Unified School District 51.

Mountain Institute gets Yavapai County high school students started on the path to a variety of exciting careers with training, college credit and multiple certification options. Mountain Institute, a Career Technical Education District (CTED), does this by offering enhanced Career and Technical Education (CTE) courses that students take while concurrently attending high school. Its not just for public school students either; we encourage charter school and home school students to get their careers started by enrolling in CTED programs.
