South Atlanta High School offers education to more than 1,200 students in grades nine through 12. It is affiliated to Atlanta Public School District and offers a research-based curriculum that includes English, mathematics, science, social studies, computers, career education and vocational training, and health and physical education. The various extracurricular activities offered by the school include student council, National Honor Society, jazz band, chorus, orchestra, geography and spelling bee, poet s society, arts and music competitions, debate and essay contests.
