Montessori Preschool and Kindergarten program After-School Program (for public students)
Cape Elizabeth Middle School offers various scholastic and extracurricular programs for students in grades five though eight. Its academic curriculum includes various subjects, such as language arts, science, social studies, math and world languages. The school provides art, music, physical and health education programs, special education, industrial technology and gifted education. It offers interscholastic and extracurricular programs, including a yearbook, student council, computer club, math team, and speech and debate, world languages and art clubs. It has a library that contains more than 10,000 volumes and over 50 periodicals and it offers a comprehensive library skills program for students. The middle school has an enrollment of more than 600 students and it is a part of the Cape Elizabeth School Department. It is located in Cape Elizabeth, Maine.

Governor Baxter School for the Deaf is a public school offering educational instruction to students in grades kindergarten through 12. The school s instructional services are aimed toward students who are deaf and hard-of-hearing based on their individualized education plans. Its whole language philosophy guides instruction and supports students' acquisition of English and American Sign Language by providing them with instructional strategies that promote building schema and knowledge base. The school teaches written English as a second language and aligns it with skills and knowledge. It offers spoken English in individual and group sessions. Governor Baxter School for the Deaf is a member of the Eastern Schools for the Deaf Athletic Association and competes in the New England Schools for the Deaf basketball and soccer tournaments. The school is located in Falmouth, Maine.
