Champions at Astor Elementary School located at 5601 N Yale Street in Portland, OR is designed with your child's fun, health, safety, and childhood education in mind.
An extended year micro school serving Kindergarten-5th grade focusing on rich academics, arts & nature integration, social connection, and play. At Osoberry School we teach and lead with emotional wellbeing in mind. While modern life seems to always be running too quickly, Osoberry School provides a space to slow down and focus on life’s meaningful connections. Utilizing discoveries in mindfulness, the science of happiness, child development, and the Finnish education model, our day provides kids, teachers and families with a space to experience a balanced, meaningful life. Teachers at Osoberry School know best practices in teaching and utilize hands-on, experiential activities and project based units of study. We not only teach foundational academics but we teach kids how to learn and nurture their innate curiosity and joy.
