George Washington High School offers educational opportunities for students. It conducts various field and college trips and talent shows. The school offers sessions in English, mathematics, social studies, science, physical education, art, music, graphic arts and Spanish. It ensures compliance with the New York City Department of Education regulations and standards. In addition the school operates a student council.
