Engaging, hands on creative education workshops and events for children, families and other traditional and non traditional educators. Building on Windows and Mirrors encourages the disruption of "Single Stories". There is more than one way to see the world; hence, a balanced program insists that the student enter into the patterning of various disciplines, looking at reality through various "window" frames. Imagine teaching and learning through this framework. That's what Strickland Education Consultants specialize in. Our guiding principle is that children are naturally curious, curiosity leads to questioning which given the right environment can lead to exploration, investigation, discovery, self esteem, success and internal motivation to continue building knowledge. Our experienced educators provide workshops for learners at all levels (students, parents, educators and administrators), develop curriculum, consult and assist with education advocacy on-site or on-line.
