Mathnasium
Take the Struggle out of Math!! When math doesn't make sense to kids, it isn't fun for kids. And when a subject isn't fun, it's that much harder to learn. Mathnasium of North Potomac can turn all that around -- thanks to our unique approach to math and our expertly trained instructors. The Mathnasium Method, an approach honed over the last 40 years, works by implementing three key components: assessments, customized learning plans, and caring instruction. What does this mean exactly? Your child's math skills are gauged to pinpoint both strengths and gaps. The results are used to develop a learning plan uniquely tailored to your child's needs -- whether they are trying to catch up, keep up, or get ahead in math. Mathnasium's instructors make sure that the process of learning is both fun and engaging. Once kids learn to love math, comprehension comes easily. No homework is assigned, so there's no pressure, which encourages genuine interest and responsiveness. Mathnasium helps students in elementary school, middle school, or high school. If your child needs to master basic addition and subtraction, algebra, or higher levels of mathematics, we can help! We offer a variety of cost-effective programs and flexible hours to accommodate busy students. Call or email us today. We proudly support teachers, schools and parent leaders everywhere and are excited to be a Proud National Sponsor of PTA.
