Dr Ince's brother, Ryan Ince, is a physician who had a similar challenge. He found that medical assistants were often poorly trained and also burdened with at least $20,000 of debt. Based on the success of the dental assistant program, the Ince brothers collaborated to create an efficient, affordable medical assistant program with hands-on training.
