All Saints' Episcopal Preschool is a ministry of All Saints' Episcopal Church. The preschool serves children ages six months to 5K Kindergarten. Our program operates on an academic calendar (August through May) with a special session offered during the summer. Our mission is to provide a positive, nurturing, Christ-centered educational environment using developmentally appropriate activities to encourage each child to reach his or her fullest potential. Our Preschool uses the Zaner-Bloser and WEE Learning Curriculums to help the teachers to organize and prepare daily classroom experiences for all the children. Currently enrolling students ages 18 months - 8th Grade. We are the only Waldorf school in Alabama. Our curriculum is nonsectarian and multicultural, and includes plenty of outdoor play and learning. All core academic subjects are integrated with storytelling, art, drama, music, and movement, engaging students in a joyful learning experience. Subject classes include gardening, handwork, and two world languages (Russian and Spanish).
