Grace Community Christian School, founded in 1975, offers educational programs to more than 600 students in prekindergarten through grade eight. The school operates as a ministry of Grace Community Church. Its curriculum includes English, art, computer application, science, foreign language, math, music, reading, social studies, technology education and physical education. In addition, it provides Bible instruction, prayer and weekly chapel service, and search and teach intervention program for kindergarten students. The school provides various extracurricular activities, such as music, jazz, string, choir, field trips and camps. The school also provides various sports for the physical development of its students, including basketball, softball, volleyball, baseball and soccer. Growing Daisies Night Care is a purpose-built overnight and extended-hour childcare program designed for families whose schedules don’t fit the traditional 6 a.m.–6 p.m. model. We serve parents working non-traditional, overnight, rotating, and early-morning shifts by providing safe, licensed childcare from afternoon through morning in a calm, home-style environment. Our program operates on a unique block-based schedule that allows families to choose care that truly aligns with their work hours whether that’s afternoon care, evening care, full overnight care, or early-morning transitions. This flexible structure reduces stress for families and creates predictable routines for children. Unlike standard daycare centers, Growing Daisies Night Care focuses on routine-embedded life skills, emotional regulation, rest-based learning, and nighttime wellness. Children follow developmentally appropriate evening routines that include dinner, hygiene, wind-down activities, quiet learning, and structured sleep supporting healthy rhythms rather than overstimulation. Our environment is intentionally designed to feel safe and comforting at night, with dedicated quiet zones, sleep spaces, and low-sensory transitions. Programming is aligned with Arizona Early Learning Standards while recognizing that nighttime care requires a different approach than daytime classrooms.
Gethsemane Lutheran School takes your child's education personally.
