Horace Mann Children’s Center (HMCC) in Burbank is a community-focused early childhood education program that supports the developmental needs of young children. In partnership with the Burbank Community YMCA, HMCC offers full-time infant and preschool programming from birth to age six. The YMCA's program emphasizes play-based learning and has been accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).

Dreamland Child Care Center is located on the border line of Glendale and Burbank cities. The place is build with the utmost safety and comfort on mind. Very recently the place was expanded and licensed for additional 20 children. First time in 6 years we have plenty of enrollment space for children 11/2 - 6 years old! Joaquin Miller Elementary School is affiliated with the Burbank Unified School District. It enrolls more than 850 students in grades kindergarten through five. It offers courses in a variety of subjects, including science, mathematics, social studies, physical education, reading and writing. The extracurricular activities provided by the school include art, music and classes on speaking and problem-solving skills. The school additionally provides winter holiday and spring dance festival programs. Its athletic activities include football, basketball, softball, cheerleading and volleyball.
