I have also completed child trauma training and continually attend professional development workshops to stay current on the best practices in child care and education. My philosophy centers on meeting each child where they are—understanding their individual needs, providing consistency, and fostering both academic and social growth. This balanced approach helps ensure that every child in my care is well-prepared for school and for life.
