We are a small, private preschool located in South Boulder. Our intimate classroom setting allows for lower teacher to student ratios and more individual attention given to each child, which helps support their love of learning and exploration of the world around them. Our teachers cherish and respect each and every child, and work with their unique learning styles in order to help them thrive in a positive educational setting. We are a multi-age classroom that offers a variety of stimulating academic and social opportunities for growth and development. Our children work and play together while developing leadership skills, confidence, and self-esteem.
We are a State licensed, Qualistar rated Christian preschool serving ages 3 - 5 years old. Our teachers are loving, supportive, spiritual leaders in the field. Our small class sizes allow for individualized attention and a community feel amongst our families. A Wee Learn Christian-based curriculum is utilized, which teaches kids biblical lessons intertwined with the necessary education to prepare them for kindergarten. Preschool (ages 3-4) is on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 9-11:30 a.m. Pre-K class (ages 4-5) is on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9-11:30 a.m. Twice a month we stay open until 1:00 p.m. for extended fun and learning, and we also offer early drop-off and late pick-up options daily. Dream Makers' 5:1 teacher to student ratio ensures that our caring and experienced teachers can observe what each child is interested in and build upon that for a truly unique learning experience. Students flow freely between our two main environments: our creek-side outdoor play and picnic area and our cozy and focused indoor classroom. They laugh, smile, and learn through our enrichment programs which include Pre-K, German language, music, cooking, on-site tennis lessons, and visiting our GrandFriends. And that's just our daily routine! Families and friends regularly join us for special evenings where we build gingerbread houses, share Stone Soup prepared by the children, and much more. New Horizons Cooperative Preschool offers play-based, bilingual preschool program for children aged 2.5-7 years old, with half-day and full-day options. Located in a neighborhood in north Boulder, our students learn, play, and thrive in our beautiful spaces inside and outside.
