St. Andrew Preschool is a high quality play-based preschool that services children one and walking through our Jr.K program that serves children Kindergarten eligible. We are open Monday through Friday from 9:30-2:30 p.m. and have an extended program 8:30-9:30 a.m. and 2:30-3:30 p.m. for an additional cost. We are currently enrolling for the 2018-2019 School year. Our program serves children who are one and walking through Jr Kindergarten. Waterstone Preschool is licensed by the Colorado Department of Early Childhood and actively participates in the Colorado Shines quality improvement initiative and Universal Preschool Colorado. Our school day is 9:30am to 1:30pm. We closely follow the Jefferson County school calendar. At Waterstone Preschool, we believe that children are precious and that early childhood is a time to promote growth in all developmental areas. We understand that children learn in a variety of ways and strive to meet children where they are socially, emotionally, spiritually, and cognitively. Children participate in large group activities, purposeful play-based learning centers, music, physical activity, and socialization with teachers and peers. We value relationships with parents and families and their interaction with the larger community. Therefore, we are intentional to support and provide many opportunities throughout the school year for parents to participate in parenting classes, social events, and at-home learning activities.
