Kids Haven
A child takes in more information between the ages of one to six than they do the remainder of their life. We know these formative years are critical to the development of your child’s creative talents, positive self-esteem, and enthusiasm for learning. Little People’s Landing provides a safe, nurturing environment for your child to grow and develop character. We believe that the pre-school experience prepares children academically, emotionally, and socially for elementary school. Additionally, we believe play is a vital element in a child’s learning experience. It is a medium for self-expression and an excellent time to develop their individual thinking processes. The giant fish tanks, portholes and a nautical themed décor, provide a dynamic setting for children to learn how to build their interpersonal skills.
Our Longmont childcare center and preschool nurtures and prepares children for success in kindergarten and in life. We serve children from 6 weeks to 5 years, providing positive experiences in these formative years that have a profound effect on linguistic, intellectual, emotional and social development. Our classrooms include students with various learning styles and abilities, and our teachers' strong knowledge of child development helps them to successfully teach and challenge young children of many talents, interests and abilities. We offer both half day and full-day, full-year programs that meet the child care needs of Longmont's working families, as well as the needs of children eager for more time in a school environment.
