We make early education and daycare joyful, engaging, and fun for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children! Since 2002, The Learning Experience has been positively impacting the lives of children ages six weeks to six years by developing and implementing ground-breaking childcare and early education programs. Our proprietary curriculum encourages children to learn in their favorite way: by exploring and doing. This forms a foundation for kids to Learn, Play and Grow under the care of our nurturing teachers. The Learning Experience curriculum is created to meet or exceed nationwide standards and it's all-inclusive--with all curriculum programs and enrichment programs like music, engineering and fitness, offered at no additional charge.
Universal Preschool (UPK). Our school offers an engaging, nurturing environment, during the most critical early years, starting in infancy. We help mold inquisitive, confident kids, who are socially, physically, and academically prepared for school. As a 21st century preschool, our STEAM curriculum brings the world into every classroom. Integrated, hands-on learning experiences in Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts, and Math provides a foundation to ensure children are prepared to navigate a changing world and that they develop the skills to embark on their future. Every day here, you'll find nurturing, credentialed teachers; technology-infused classrooms; a fun, interactive playground to inspire imaginations and energize growing bodies; healthy menus with organic and vegetarian options; and our mobile app for real-time photos and updates. Our programs include infant care to Pre-Kindergarten, as well as focused enrichment offerings, before- and after-school clubs, and summer camp.
At YMCA Inspire Preschool for ages 2-1/2 to 6, we know that children learn best through meaningful, hands-on experiences. Our talented teachers deliver daily lessons that allow for exploration and individualized learning opportunities for every child. By supporting your child's academic, social and emotional well-being, they will be set up for a lifetime of learning success. Located inside the Ed & Ruth Lehman YMCA in Longmont, we are uniquely equipped to provide our students with an amazing assortment of indoor and outdoor play opportunities. Along with our playground and bike park, we swim in the indoor pool, play in the gym and learn about fruits and veggies at our on-site farm.
Early childhood education and guiding children toward a love of learning has a special place in my heart. I am inspired to create spaces for inspiration, nature exploration, and wonder based learning for children and their families in my community. Several years ago, I won The National Family Childcare Provider of the Year Award and I continue to pursue ECE opportunities that are unique and valuable. In continuing with higher education and professional achievements, quality learning spaces are designed within best practices for children. Encouraging children's love for wonder and modeling healthy relationships builds a strong foundation for social, emotional, academic, and physical growth. I create experiences where families feel valued, children love to attend, and everyone returns to visit. Often, you will see past graduates come back to volunteer when they are older. I treasure these lifelong connections with families. It is what I truly love about this work.
