Well established preschool with great curriculum and professional, loving teachers. Once a small preschool opened in 1995, Imagination Station Preschool has become one of Pompano Beach and Lighthouse Point's premier early childhood centers. With a focus on social and emotional growth, as well as a keen awareness of the quintessential nature of early academic education, Imagination Station Preschool proudly touts its success as a school and a family. Low ratios, dedication to education, and a masterfully blended atmosphere of love, learning, and guidance instill curiosity and a love for knowledge in all of our young students. Imagination Station Preschool has come a long way. Built on a foundational philosophy strongly inspired by landmark developmental psychologists such as Jean Piaget, Erik Erikson and Lev Vygotsky, and maintained by contemporary thought, Imagination Station has a wealth of learning and growing experiences to offer for young children and their families.

Montessori education is built around how children actually learn. Each child works at their own pace, follows their curiosity, and grows more capable in an environment prepared for exactly that. Walk into one of our Pompano Beach classrooms and you might see a young child carefully pouring water, another choosing their own math work, or an older student showing a younger friend how something is done. Small moments like these, repeated daily, are how independence, confidence, and concentration take root. Our experienced, Montessori-trained Guides observe closely, keep ratios low, and give children room to discover things for themselves. Classrooms are mixed-age and stocked with authentic Montessori materials covering Practical Life, Sensorial, Language, Mathematics, Science, Geography, Art, and Music. Spanish, Music, Yoga, and Art are part of the school day, with Soccer offered as an extracurricular, and meals are fresh and organic, prepared daily. We serve infants, toddlers, preschool, and Kindergarten children, plus Summer Camp. This is where New Generation Montessori began, welcoming children in Pompano Beach since 2013.
