Growing Together Preschool is a private, nonprofit United Way gency agency that provides a developmentally appropriate environment and child care services for families with children up to the age of 5. The agency offers assistance with the development of social, emotional, cognitive, communication and self-help skills of children in individual and group settings. It features parenting and early childhood education programs. Growing Together Preschool additionally provides nutritional food services. The agency also provides educational and therapeutic services for disabled children. It is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children.
Milk and Honey offers full-time care for infants and toddlers, as well as full and part-time care for children age two to 4th grade with a friendly, professional staff in a safe, loving environment. With a commitment to meeting your family's needs, and fitting into your busy schedule, we understand how hard you work to provide for your children, and how much you count on us to care for them. Closing only for the six major U.S. holidays, we will be here for you every other business day. Opening in 1984, Milk and Honey is a family operated preschool. With over thirty years in Lexington, we have now begun hiring our former students, or sometimes caring for their children. The teachers at Milk and Honey take their responsibility of caring for your child very seriously. Each day they focus their energy on meeting your child's needs for health and safety, monitoring development and promoting learning and activity. We are here to help you lay the best possible foundation for your child.
