Downtown Baltimore Child Care, also known as DBCC, is a nonprofit educational organization that provides all-day, group child care through individual, play-based and interactive learning programs. It owns and operates two centers in Baltimore. Downtown Baltimore Child Care s Park Avenue Center serves children from 18 months through kindergarten. Additionally, its University Center serves children from 4 months through 5 years. Downtown Baltimore Child Care s centers provide breakfast, lunch and snacks to children. In addition, its curriculum includes music, art, literature, language, mathematics and science in an educational program that encourages the acquisition of concepts and skills through experimentation and discovery.
