The Atelier School is a creative-learning preschool and child care center in Columbia, Missouri. Our approach is inspired by Reggio Emilia and Montessori, two child-led philosophies that help children learn by exploring, creating and asking questions. -- Programs: toddler program and pre-k (preschool). -- What makes us different: art is part of everyday learning, not a separate activity. Children use the scientific process to explore ideas, solve problems and think creatively. Our bright classrooms are full of natural light, plants and hands-on materials. -- For families: open Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Certified teachers. Family-owned and women-owned. Now enrolling families in Columbia and the surrounding area. Schedule a tour to see our classrooms in person.
Cannery Row Preschool is a home away from home for our children. We offer Gymnastics Express and MusikGarten once a week. We take our kids to swim lessons once a week. We teach basic sign language and Spanish. We are on the state food program. We accept State Assistance for daycare. We pick up and drop off to Midway Heights, Fairview Elementary, and New Franklin Elementary. We are part of the Chamber of Commerce and Women's Network.
