Weather its walking the balance beam in our gross motor room or exploring beads in our sensory bins, the kids are exposed to a multitude of sensory and hands on opportunities daily · Language arts -- Children are encouraged to express themselves verbally and in print. We teach tracing and letter recognition as a precursor to reading, spelling, grammar, and handwriting skills. · Mathematics and geometry -- Children learn about numbers, patterns, counting, and shapes through hands-on techniques, play, and song. · Creative Play - Kids learn through play....period! Preschool is a time to make friends, explore, role play, imitate, build, and more! Our Dramatic Play Area, Block Center, Puzzle Center, and Cars center are among some of our many creative play areas · Circle Time- Children learn so many skills during our group circle time.
