First Steps provides excellent education and therapy services to children in the Nashville area. Our mission is to serve and educate children with special needs and medical conditions alongside their typically developing peers in an inclusive environment and support their families. We provide low teacher to student ratios, have a full time literacy coach on staff and proven success in Kindergarten readiness. In the fall of 2012 we introduced our Pediatric Therapy program, where we offer Occupational, Feeding, Speech-Language, Aquatic, and Physical therapy on site with full time First Steps therapists. First Steps has an indoor warm water therapy pool, where we provide therapy as well as swim lessons.
