The Aldersgate Academy offers childcare for infant to five year olds. Our specialty is the low teacher to student ratio and high-quality state-licensed care. We follow the Abilene ISD calendar when possible for the calendar days of service. We are closed for the holidays and summer. Our hours are 8:30 am to 2:30 pm M-F. Families can choose days of attendance between M-F, MWF or T/TH with the corresponding price listed on the website. All registration documents are on the website.
Ward Elementary School is a learning center that is governed by the Abilene Independent School District, which serves more than 16,930 students through various elementary, middle and high schools. The school enrolls students in kindergarten through grade five. It provides instruction in reading, writing, mathematics and science. Ward Elementary School offers English as a Second Language and special education programs. It also conducts classes in computer applications and physical education. In addition, the school provides a range of student support services that includes meals, guidance counseling and medical care. Located in Abilene, Texas, Ward Elementary School is recognized by the Texas Education Agency.
