FBC Having completed his training at Temple Baptist Seminary, Don Forrester, his wife Shirley and their young family moved in the fall of 1974 to the Fredericksburg area to begin a new church. Faith Baptist Church was organized on January 19, 1975. Through the years, God has blessed this ministry with many wonderful individuals and families. Our purpose as a Church is to work together to fulfill the Great Commission of Christ. We strive to win people to the Lord, bring them into the fellowship of the church through baptism, and teach them all that Christ has commanded. We endeavor to gather faithfully for worship, prayer, fellowship, Bible teaching and a united testimony. We seek to balance a genuine zeal for evangelism with a ministry of building up Christians through the Word. The focus of our services is bringing glory to God through music and preaching that strengthen the believer's spiritual walk and knowledge of the Scriptures. We believe that God's Word provides practical answers to the tough questions of life in the 21st century. Join us as we explore God's truth together.

Battlefield Middle School serves students in grades six through eight. The school s academic curriculum includes classes in language arts, mathematics, science and computers. It additionally offers programs in social studies and health and physical education. Battlefield Middle School has an athletics department that offers a variety of sports activities, such as football, basketball, soccer, wrestling, track and field, softball and volleyball. The school supports orchestra, band, art, French, Spanish and chorus clubs. Its library has a collection of books, journals, magazines and reference materials. Battlefield Middle School has a parent-teacher organization that organizes several fundraising and other events, including book fairs and craft shows. It is located in Fredericksburg, Va., and is a part of Spotsylvania County Schools.
Falmouth Baptist Church is situated in a vivid red brick building with a prominent white steeple. It is surrounded by green lawns and bushes of red, pink and white blossoms. The interiors are dimly lit by old lamps and are infused with a tranquil aura. The mission of this church is to propagate the gospel and attain oneness with God through Christ's message. Besides the usual religious services, it runs educational programs such as the Vacation Bible School and Weekday Preschool. The sessions for kids merge fun-filled activities with spiritual learning and include art and crafts, drama, puppet shows, choir and jam sessions. It even organizes community dinners on certain days.
