Windsong School is inspired by Waldorf Education, a humanistic approach to pedagogy. The Waldorf curriculum is based on the developmental stages of childhood and how children learn best in each stage. Learning is interdisciplinary, integrating practical, artistic, and conceptual elements. We emphasize the role of the imagination in learning, developing thinking that includes a creative, as well as an analytic component.
